Mashupadv ("we", "our") operates the Shopify application Variant Display. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the personal data of app users.

By installing or using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

The app collects and processes only the data necessary for its operation:

• Shopify store domain (e.g. my-shop.myshopify.com)
• API access token issued by Shopify during installation
• Product and variant data (titles, metafields, images) accessed through Shopify APIs

We do not collect personal data from your store's end customers, nor payment data.

The collected data is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate the store and maintain the active session
• Read and update product and variant metafields
• Provide app functionality (Tile Picker, Shipping Badge, Customization)

Session data (domain and token) is stored in our database for the duration of the app installation. Product data is read in real-time from Shopify APIs and is not permanently stored.

Upon uninstalling the app, session data is automatically deleted.

We do not sell, transfer, or share your data with third parties, except for:

• Shopify — for API operation and OAuth authentication
• Hosting provider — for running the application (data transits but is not processed)

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:

• Encrypted communications via HTTPS
• Access tokens stored securely in the database
• Data access limited to what is strictly necessary (principle of least privilege)

In accordance with GDPR and applicable regulations, you have the right to:

• Access the data we process
• Request rectification or deletion of data
• Withdraw consent by uninstalling the app
